Estate Ledger offers a 60-day free trial with no credit card required. Because you have full, unrestricted access to every feature before you are ever charged, all payments made after the trial period are non-refundable.

60-Day Free Trial

All new Estate Ledger accounts receive a 60-day free trial. During this period:

We believe 60 days is more than sufficient time to evaluate whether Estate Ledger is the right fit for your rental portfolio.

No-Refund Policy

Because of the generous free trial, all payments made after the trial period ends are final and non-refundable. This applies to monthly subscription charges and any other fees paid to Estate Ledger.

By starting a paid subscription, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to fully evaluate the product during the free trial period and agree to this no-refund policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Estate Ledger subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, you were charged after cancelling, charged an incorrect amount, or charged during your free trial — please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if an error on our part is confirmed.

Exceptions

Estate Ledger reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a general refund policy.
